CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information)
Download CORI FormThe CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) is a background screening tool, required of the Archdiocese, to secure the safety of our children, youth, elderly and the disabled.
- The CORI form is submitted every Fiscal Year by all volunteers aged 18 and older, staff, and clergy. The Fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th.
